Анотація

У статті наведені дані літератури про вклад серотонінергічної системи в розвиток автоімунного запалення. Проаналізовано дані щодо ролі поліморфізму гена серотонінових рецепторів 5-HT2A e формуванні схильності до виникнення ревматоїдного артриту (РА), наведено дані літератури стосовно важливості серотонінергічної системи в регуляції больового синдрому різного походження, показано значення поліморфізму генів, асоційованих із серотоніном, у регуляції психоемоційної сфери.
