Анотація

У даному огляді представлені відомості про частоту розвитку контраст-індукованої нефропатії у пацієнтів з ішемічною хворобою серця, які піддавалися черезшкірному коронарному втручанню з внутрішньосудинним уведенням рентгеноконтрастних препаратів. Наведено дані про патогенез, стратифікацію факторів ризику та клінічні прояви контраст-індукованої нефропатії. Також відображені результати виконаних на даний момент досліджень, про можливі лікувальні заходи, які спрямовані на профілактику виникнення даної нефропатії.
