Сучасні аспекти вакцинації дітей із ревматичними захворюваннями (огляд літератури)

Вакцинація – найефективніший спосіб захисту від інфекційних хвороб. Дітям із ревматичними захворюваннями (РЗ) властивий підвищений ризик інфекцій, оскільки вплив на функції імунної системи мають як саме ревматичне захворювання, так і терапія, що призначається для його контролю. У статті аналізуються наявні в літературі дані стосовно вакцино-асоційованого ризику автоімунних реакцій, а також ефективності й переносимості щеплень у дітей із РЗ, наводяться сучасні рекомендації експертів стосовно тактики імунізації цієї категорії пацієнтів.
