Езофагогастропластика та пілородренуючі операції у хворих на рак стравоходу та рак кардії з поширенням на стравохід з точки зору доказової медицини

Проведено огляд літератури із застосуванням пошукових інструментів Medline глибиною 30 років (1983-2013) за ключовими словами «езофаго-гастропластика» та «пілородренуючі втручання» з метою виявлення наукових праць із найвищими рівнями (1 та 2) доказовості із зазначеного питання. Подальший аналіз цих робіт вказує, що пілородренуючі операції після езофагогастропластики є необхідним компонентом втручання, що забезпечує більш адекватне спорожнення шлунка використаного для езофагопластики. Дані робіт із нижчими рівнями доказовості щодо можливих ускладнень пілородренуючих втручань взяті до уваги з метою подальшого їх вивчення в рамках клінічних рандомізованих досліджень.
