Анотація

Стаття присвячена проблемі значимості та механізмів участі запалення та оксидативного стресу в розвитку кардіоваскулярної патології, перш за все – у пошкодженні та ремоделюванні серця та судинної стінки, розвитку артеріальної гіпертензії. Детально простежений зв’язок між ренін-ангіотензиновою, симпатоадреналовою та імунної системами в розвитку оксидативного стресу як компонента природженої на набутої імунної відповіді.
