Реабілітація хворих на рак гортані після ларингектомії (огляд літератури)

Анотація

У статті проведено аналіз захворюваності на рак гортані в Україні і США. Незважаючи на те, що гортань відноситься до візуальних локалізацій, проблема діагностики і лікування її злоякісних пухлин на сьогоднішній день залишається великою. Особам із ІІІ-ІV стадіями захворювання показаний здебільшого хірургічний метод лікування. Ларингектомія супроводжується відсутністю голосу, нюху і смаку, утрудненим диханням. У статті описані рекомендації щодо голосової реабілітації, покращання втрачених функцій.
