Анотація

В огляді літератури наведено аналіз стану проблеми автоімунного полігландулярного синдрому-3А у дітей. Розглянуті питання реєстрації синдрому серед дітей, основоположні механізми розвитку захворювання, характер імунних порушень. Розкрита при цьому роль процесів антитіло утворення та характер апоптозу. Викладене свідчить про необхідність подальшого вивчення проблеми, пов’язаної з ранньою діагностикою синдрому та його прогнозом.
