Анотація

У статті узагальнені сучасні дані літератури щодо патобіохімічних механізмів прогресування патології нирок, обґрунтовані перспективи застосування препаратів бурштинової кислоти для профілактики та комплексного лікування гострих та хронічних захворювань нирок.
