Сучасні уявлення про етіологічні і патогенетичні аспекти непсихотичних психічних розладів у хворих на ревматоїдний артрит та їх діагностика (огляд літератури)

У статті розкрито поширеність, основні етіологічні чинники та патогенетичні ланцюги розвитку непсихотичних психічних розладів у хворих на ревматоїдний артрит. Показано провідну роль стресогенних факторів сучасного суспільства в розвитку даних розладів. Наведені основні методи діагностики зазначених психічних розладів та окреслені перспективні шляхи подальших досліджень.
