МОРФОФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ІНТЕРСТИЦІАЛЬНИХ КЛІТИН КАХАЛЯ ОРГАНІВ СЕЧОВИДІЛЬНОЇ СИСТЕМИ ЛЮДИНИ (ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ)

Мета роботи – аналіз сучасного стану вивчення морфофункціо- нальних особливостей інтерстиціальних клітин Кахаля. Морфологічно клітини характеризуються подібністю до гладень- ких міоцитів, довгими відростками, утворюють численні контак- ти з гладенькими м’язовими клітинами та нейроцитами у вигляді тривимірної сітки. Завдяки пейсмейкерній активності інтерсти- ціальні клітини Кахаля зумовлюють скорочення гладеньких міоци- тів органів сечової системи. На підставі ультраструктурних та імуногістохімічних особливостей будови їх поділяють на власне інтерстиціальні клітини Кахаля і фібробластоподібні клітини. Імуногістохімічним маркером для виявлення клітин Кахаля є CD117. Залежно від місця розташування в стінці органа, інтерс- тиціальні клітини Кахаля мають різні морфологічні характерис- тики. Клітини Кахаля взаємодіють не тільки з гладеньком’язови- ми клітинами, а й з лімфоцитами, базофілами, еозинофілами, ней- трофілами, тучними і дендритними клітинами. Патологія заклад- ки та розвитку клітин Кахаля призводить до порушення мотори- ки органів сечовидільної системи. Висновок. Морфологічні особливості інтерстиціальних клітин Кахаля в органах сечовивідної системи вивчені недостатньо і по- требують подальшого комплексного дослідження, з’ясування їх джерел та особливостей топографії у стінках органів сечової системи.Посилання
