ЗМІНИ ЗУБОЩЕЛЕПНОГО АПАРАТУ, ЯКІ ВИНИКАЮТЬ ВНАСЛІДОК ОКЛЮЗІЙНИХ ПОРУШЕНЬ У ПЕРІОД АДАПТАЦІЇ ПАЦІЄНТІВ ДО НЕЗНІМНИХ ЗУБНИХ ПРОТЕЗІВ (ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ)

Анотація


Мета роботи – проаналізувати та узагальнити основні зміни зу- бощелепного апарату, які виникають внаслідок оклюзійних пору- шень при лікуванні пацієнтів незнімними зубними протезами. Дос- лідити вплив оклюзійних інтерференцій на стан жувальної муску- латури та скронево-нижньощелепних суглобів. Виявити необхід- ність аналізу оклюзії у динаміці від першого міжоклюзійного кон- такту до множинного змикання. Висновки. На основі огляду літератури, а також власних клініч- них спостережень [1], встановлено, що після протезування незні- мними зубними протезами, незважаючи на точність та ретель- ність перевірки і корекції оклюзійних співвідношень, у найближчі та віддалені терміни можуть виникати оклюзійні інтерференції, які значно впливають на зубощелепний апарат. Отже, ключовим питанням ефективності ортопедичного стоматологічного ліку- вання залишається формування та відтворення оптимальної оклюзії та нейром’язового балансу жувальних м’язів.
