Гігієнічне значення фенотипу ацетилювання як ендогенного маркера схильності до шкідливого впливу ксенобіотиків

Анотація


Мета роботи — викласти дані літератури щодо впливу фенотипу ацетилювання на перебіг шкідливих ефектів за умов дії на організм різного класу ксенобіотиків.
Висновки. Проведений аналіз даних дозволив узагальнити існуючі погляди на необхідність диференційованого підходу до визначення небезпеки дії шкідливих факторів на осіб різних вікових груп. Тестування активності N‑ацетилтрансферази можна рекомендувати з метою гігієнічної діагностики шкідливого впливу ксенобіотиків, що в подальшому дасть можливість індивідуалізувати профілактичні заходи, сформувати групи ризику, розробити підходи до профвідбору для різних галузей виробництва.
