Молекулярно-генетичні маркери циркадіанних ритмів за фізіологічних умов (огляд літератури та власні дослідження)

Анотація

В огляді представлені сучасні дані щодо молекулярно-генетичних маркерів циркадіанних ритмів. Охарактеризовано роль мелатоніну в організмі та його участь у синхронізації циркадіанних ритмів. Розглянуто мелатонінові рецептори та генний контроль ефектів гормону. Наведено результати власних досліджень стану гена ранньої функціональної активності c-fos у нейронах провідного пейсмекера циркадіанних ритмів ссавців – супрахіазматичних ядер гіпоталамуса.
