Анотація

Проведено огляд літератури, в якій висвітлюється поняття ахалазії стравоходу (кардії), етіопатогенез захворювання, клінічні класифікації, способи діагностики і відомі методики лікування. Запропонована нова методика лікування ахалазії кардії і інших нервово-м’язових захворювань стравоходу.
