Роль шлункової секреції в патогенезі хронічного панкреатиту

Анотація

У статті наведені дані літератури щодо впливу шлункової секреції на моторно-евакуаторну та секреторну функцію травного тракту при хронічному панкреатиті. Наводяться відомості стосовно регуляції зовнішньосекреторної функції підшлункової залози. Обговорюється роль дисфункції сфінктера Одді в патогенезі хронічного панкреатиту. Доведено, що при недостатності екзокринної функції підшлункової залози секреція гідрокарбонатів істотно знижується.
