ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПЕРЕБІГУ ІШЕМІЧНОЇ ХВОРОБИ СЕРЦЯ З СУПУТНІМ ХРОНІЧНИМ БРОНХІТОМ

Анотація

В огляді викладено сучасні погляди на проблему поєднаного перебігу ішемічної хвороби серця та хронічного бронхіту, що має взаємно обтяжливий характер, зумовлений порушенням легеневої вентиляції, центральної гемодинаміки, прискореним атерогенезом, гіперкоагуляцією. Важливим аспектом залишається питання підбору антиішемічної терапії з вибором адекватного β-адреноблокатора.
