У статті представлені дані щодо особливостей перебігу гіпотиреозу під час вагітності та в післяпологовому періоді, а також наведена інформація щодо сучасних підходів до діагностики, лікування та профілактики даного захворювання у вагітних згідно з останніми світовими рекомендаціями, розробленими із позицій доказової медицини.
