Проведено огляд літератури щодо хірургічного лікування гриж міжхребцевих дисків поперекового відділу хребта. Вивчено ключові напрямки розвитку та проблеми хірургічного лікування гриж міжхребцевих дисків у осіб старшої вікової категорії.
