Метилксантини: сучасний стан та перспективи застосування (огляд літератури)

Анотація

У статті узагальнено дані літератури та результати власних досліджень щодо фармакодинаміки широко вживаних лікарських засобів похідних ксантину (кофеїн, теофілін, пентоксифілін, ксантинолу нікотинат та ін.), можливості та перспективи їх застосування в медичній практиці. Висвітлено раніше невідомі механізми ренальної та екстраренальної дії синтетичних диметилксантинів – пентоксифіліну та ксантинолу
нікотинату.
