Порівняльна характеристика мостоподібних протезів з мініінвазивним препаруванням опорних зубів (огляд літератури)

Анотація

На основі аналітичного огляду літератури проведена порівняльна характеристика мостоподібних протезів для заміщення включених дефектів зубного ряду малої протяжності на обох щелепах, при різних клінічних ситуаціях. Опис конструкцій мостоподібних протезів зроблений від більш інвазивної до найменш інвазивної методики препарування опорних зубів для фіксації опорних елементів. Наведений аналіз джерел літератури показав, що питання вибору конструкції при включених дефектах зубного ряду малої протяжності досконало не вивчено, немає оптимальної думки щодо конструкції, препарування та вибору конструкційних та фіксуючих матеріалів.
